Acceptable Villa, Disappointing Resort

The Hideaway Pool Villa had ample space and comfortable beds. The private pool was a great size and very clean.

The restaurants were expensive, but the food quality was poor. I found it cold and lacking flavor. Breakfast was not up to par with other 5-star Thai hotels I have stayed at. Staff seemed unhappy, and the beach area sloped dramatically into the sea.

fine viewromantic atmospheremosquito problem

my room was special and spacious with fine views. it was so quiet and romantic the pool, the gym and the beach were all very nice and well taken care of. i could relax and enjoy all the amenities without a worry.

i found that the number of mosquitos was excessive making it uncomfortable at times. it definitely impacted my ability to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces in the evenings i wish there were more measures to control them.

breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices i really loved the omelette station and my hubby devoured the waffles. peppermint tea was a standout i was so glad to find it available every day.

the villa was beautiful and very comfortable showcasing luxurious details like a private pool plus amazing views. i loved the blackout curtains which allowed me to finally get a good night's sleep after long travel days.

the hotel's location is superb it feels like a secret spot with well maintained gardens all around the hotel. the roads winding around the hotel are full of character it really seemed like a magical hideaway.

the staff were amazing and so helpful always attentive to our needs and requests i loved the communication via whatsapp it made everything easier. the wooden car rides were so fun especially for our daughter.
